Right of Withdrawal

 

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement (for example, by email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient that you send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

 

Effects of Withdrawal

 

If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us). The refund will be made without delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.

For the refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of this refund.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods – whichever is earlier.

You must return the goods to us without delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
The mere opening of the packaging does not constitute a reduction in value.

Alternatively, you may submit your withdrawal directly through the provided online form.
